The Longbridge Brook (called the Horse Brook upstream) exits the lagoon below the former A429. Beyond the trees is the modern A429 to Wellesbourne and Stow. As I walked away after taking the photograph I was kerb-crawled by a police car that had come out of nowhere, very quietly. The courteous constable within gently probed to find out where I had come from and what I was doing.
