The middle of the large car park of the Asda superstore, Pill, Newport is the location for the official opening ceremony. It's 9:50am on Monday October 5th 2009. In the middle of the throng of Asda employees and other onlookers is the mayor of Newport. The rear part of the mayoral black limousine is at the lower right edge of the photo.
