The Birks cinema is currently for sale, providing a golden opportunity for anyone into one-upmanship to buy a 'home entertainment centre' to die for. The building is located just off The Square in Aberfeldy, on the corner of Dunkeld Street and Chapel Street. There is currently a campaign under way to create a modern 90-seat cinema and cafe within the shell of the old building, which closed as a cinema in the 1980's.
