The title was lifted from http://www.phrases.org.uk/bulletin_board/25/messages/310.html Translated into Japanese it is "Cheers to your eyes". Apparently. Seen from Stanley Lane near Hither Farm. Don't know what it is, some sort of muck dumper with a "come hither" look.
