This road leads up from the Brook to several car parks. Whiffens Avenue West leads left behind the Brook Theatre. Rope Walk leads right past the Magistrates Court to the Brook multi-storey carpark, and to Cross Street. Whiffen's Carpark is at the top of the road. Spur Battery is seen in the background. Also Town Hall Gardens is on the right, with a path leading up to the Great Lines.
