A C17 house with mullioned windows which, I was alarmed to learn from a planning application attached, is the subject of an application which appears to involve its demolition. On 10th August, Crewkerne Town Council recommended refusal "on the grounds that there is an unclear picture of future development to this valuable site in the conservation area". http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=390437&mode=adv
