On the A289 Pier Road Dual Carriageway. This is part of the Victory Pier development being built by Berkeley Homes. This is (Phase 1,now completed) 600 new purpose built units of high quality accommodation for the University of Kent helping to support the growth of its Medway campus. Situated less than a 15-minute walk from the Medway campus at Chatham Maritime, the scheme will comprise 549 single study bedrooms, 55 studios, a caretaker's flat, and a cafe in Phase 1 of the Development.
