Riders in the peloton race through East Port in pursuit of a four-rider breakaway during the Peebles to Gretna Green stage 3 of the tour. The breakaway cyclists were caught 15km from the end of the 153.8km stage, which was won by Edvald Boasson Hagen of Norway.
