Replacement housing in Grandborough

Hockley Close was until recently a small estate of council houses in Grandborough but the house in the centre of the photo is the last one still standing. The houses were system-built from concrete panels and are being demolished to make way for new-build two- and three-bedroom social houses. The new houses are being built by a private contractor in partnership with Rugby Borough Council.
