View from the footpath that connects Westmeston Bostall with Ditchling Beacon about five minutes after sunrise. The white patches in the distance is mist or fog rising from the ground after a clear, cool night. Beyond that on the horizon is a covering of low cloud being blown in this direction by a north easterly breeze which will eventually cover over the entire county by 11.00am. The village of Westmeston is obscured by the trees on the right.
