Modern font inside St John the Evangelist, the parish church of Merrow. The font is probably 19th-century and must have been added at the time of a major renovation by the Victorians (at least it is typical of the period, though based on a popular 15th-century design of an overall octagonal shape and quatrefoil decorated panels on the sides) - Thanks, Miguel Torrens. http://www.saintjohns.org.uk/
