Emlyn Street was once a quiet back street. Following the closure of part of Kingsway, it has become a busy part of the central city traffic system. It is now a one-way street with traffic flowing from Kingsway in the middle of this view, to Usk Way. The office block in the distance is Sovereign House. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1925960
