The only thing wrong is the setting! (and the pigeon van on the back) The locomotive was in the 1920-21 batch and the quad arts are 1924. This was a typical commuter train right up to the 1950s. However by then the quads were maroon and the N2 in BR black. Also there would have been two quad art sets.
