The Lea is a pleasant residential road on the very fringe of the town of Kidderminster. There is a point at which views of the adjoining farmland can be seen. There are no public rights of way over this land. The black plastic sacks are used for storing hay. Sadly the days when giant haystacks were to seen, dotted around the English countryside, are long gone.
