Bollards on Allen Water Drive

The wondrous ways of local authorities. These three stout, oak posts are mounted in costly below-ground sockets and each provided with its own padlock. They are evidently intended to prevent vehicular access to the bridleway in the foreground, and would doubtless perform this task well for very nervous granny drivers but somehow I don't think the average teenager would be much deterred.
