The bridge carries the A1033 Hull to Withernsea road (Hedon Bypass at this point) over Burstwick Drain. The early morning sun gave rise to the long shadows. Inevitably, ubiquitous graffiti adorns the vertical concrete sections as in many similar modern structures in the UK.
