The Black Mill (aka Princes Gate Mill) is at the Junction of Wheelers Lane, Navestock Side and Princes Rd. There does not appear to be any evidence of running water so I assume this was an early power mill, its appearance has not changed much in a long time see http://viewfinder.english-heritage.org.uk/search/comments.aspx?uid=16482
