Close to Llandaff Cathedral, but I was unsure of the direction of view. Thanks to Keith Edkins for uploading Image to allow me to add that detail. Clearly the same one as that in Colins Smith's 2008 photo Image Subsequently I returned - see Image for a rephotograph 61 years later.
