This shows the entrance to Etton Pasture School. It originally opened in 1952 as a boarding school for educationally subnormal children and later for those with moderate learning difficulties. In 1990 the school was closed and the premises became South Wolds School for children with emotional and behavioural problems until closure in 2003. The premises remain empty and boarded up.
