A 1970s office block adjacent to Reading Bridge (to the left). This used to be one of the buildings used by Thames Water. It now appears to be partly occupied by the Environment Agency. This is Vastern Road roundabout, part of Reading's inner ring road. To the right the road goes under the railway line.
