This small cottage appeared semi-derelict in 2009 when I passed by, but it dates from the 17th century and attracted a Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101176717-brookview-cottage-tong#.XpSlQchKjcs & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1176717 in 1984.
