The bottom line is certainly London & Huntingdon. The top line, I think the first word is Western but can't make the rest out. Any ideas ? Update. Thanks to a fellow geographer the wording is KLINGER STERN HOSIERY MILLS LTD LONDON & HUNTINGDON and the Mill is geographically part of Godmanchester.
