Small plaza at the entrance to the library. Built as part of the Jubilee Street development in 2005 which provided a new library building which has since proved so popular and well used that it is now opens on a Sunday as well as a number of retail outlets, restaurants and a hotel. The artificial grass and deckchairs make it a popular stop for lunch.
