As Pevsner remarks, this church, designed by J.A. Chatwin in the Early English style with a polygonal apse, is "much more convincing inside" than out. The east window, depicting Christ reigning in glory was dedicated in 1902. www.stmartinschurchbedford.org.uk/index.html
