A street of Victorian brick-built semis on the slope of the Merrow Downs running between Epsom Road and Guildford Goff Club's Clubhouse. This is taken looking north, downhill towards Epsom Road. This is a favoured for being in a "good" school catchment area as well as being close to the Downs with views over Guildford.
