The Middle Earth Tavern, a 17th century, grade II listed building, can be found at 26, Church Street. There is a 19th century extension on the right of the pub, No 25, which is also grade II listed. The Penny Hedge annual ceremony takes place in the harbour opposite. Ref. Image
