This used to be known as The Windmill Hotel. The windmill is genuine, and used to be part of a farm, as can be seen in these historic photos on the Leodis website - http://www.leodis.org/display.aspx?id=2363 and this picture http://www.leodis.org/display.aspx?id=2004723_62046450 shows the land being cleared in 1963 in preparation for the building of the hotel.
