Houses here overlook Poplar Park and are within walking distance of Canary Wharf. Anyone who bought property here in the mid 1980s could have bought quite cheaply and will have seen the value spiral upwards -- even in today's depressed market conditions a 2 bed flat on this road is on sale for over £300,000.
