The inscription reads, "This bridge is dedicated to the memory of Thomas Surphlis Fisher, M.B.E. J.P.(1922 - 2001). Founder of Fisher Engineering in the year 1950. The stone bearing this plaque is from his native County Leitrim" and it is located here Image]
