Perched on the valleyside next to the old gentry farm of the same name, this chapel was originally established in 1716 although the present edifice was built in 1877. It is still in use today and has a very fine interior. It has an interesting history, going back to the original, late C17, Welsh Particular Baptist community in the area, see http://www.walesawakening.org/pictures.php
