Originally owned by Bristol Rugby Club and sold to Bristol Rovers in 1998, though the Bristol Shoguns still play rugby here. It is called the Memorial Stadium as it was dedicated to the memory of the rugby players from Bristol killed during WW1, and was opened in 1921. This is the Centenary Stand to mark the 100th anniversary of the rugby club in 1988.
