The four little schools at Winterborne Whitechurch, Winterborne Stickland, Winterborne Kingston and here at Milton Abbas were becoming increasingly difficult financially to maintain, so about 10 years ago they became a federated school on the four sites, under the one headship, headquartered at Winterborne Whitechurch and named the Dunbury School. Clearly this particular building has since lost the fiscal fight for survival.
