Located on Leeds Rd, Lofthouse, this grade II* listed late 16th century farmhouse was originally built of handmade red brick and features a stone slate roof. The interior contains a complete Jacobean staircase, and two important plaster ceilings survive, and timber framing is visible. The building was converted into cottages in the mid 17th century and in the 20th century restored as single dwelling. LBS No: 342063
