Looking up Roman Road from its Celtic Crescent end. It is not named after being on the course of a Roman road, but is on an estate whose roads are named after all things Roman: Gladiator Green and Vespasian Way were two others which I noticed. The George VI-reign postbox is emptied finally at 5:30 on weekday evenings and at 11:30 on Saturday mornings.
