The Duke of Cambridge, on the corner of St Peter's Street and Danbury Street, is an organic pub - according to its website the only gastropub to be certified by the Soil Association. This is clearly a successful business model as the pub has been trading in this way for over 10 years, but the concept would perhaps not be so popular anywhere other than Islington.
