This is the junction known as Pool Mill Cross, just south of Trenchford reservoir. The road I'm standing in leads to the reservoir and on to Moretonhampstead, the road straight on and round to the right goes to Hennock. The right turn is a twisty little lane with a nasty little hairpin.......not suitable for caravans!!
