Located at 36 Gregories Road, HP9 1HQ, this TE, which has the code SMBCD, dates from the 1960s replacing the former Manual TE. It is a pity though that it doesn't have a more attractive appearance. Also, the blue area could do with some paint being applied to it. It provides telephone and broadband services to 6,633 residential and 392 non-residential premises in Beaconsfield, plus Forty Green, Holtspur, Knotty Green and Seer Green nearby. The numbering ranges of this TE are (01494) 67xxxx, 68xxxx, the (01494) referring to the High Wycombe group of sixteen TEs.
