The drivers of two blue cars travel from Ringwood, the one on the left towards Verwood while the one on the right has just turned off for Alderholt. I well remember the time before the right-hand corner of the junction was brought inward, sharpening the turning. The right-hand verge used to carry a dead straight course from one side of the junction to the other, creating a far more striking impression of acuteness than exists now. The work was done 15 or so years ago, no doubt on safety grounds.
