Since I took Image] 39 years ago, the arch at Bragar has been treated with plaster or paint. Sadly, the wrought iron gates have rusted away. There was a proposal to move the arch to a hillock nearby and turn it into a work of art, but happily this did not happen and the arch remains on its original site. My thanks to Murdo Morrison for information about the arch.
