Seen at Mansells farm countryside show, this is a Fordson Major that has been converted by Chaseside who were agricultural engineers who went on to develop a range of loading shovels, eventually taken over by JCB. This machine has a 6 cylinder Ford industrial engine so some modifications including extending the bonnet and chassis rails and turning the front axle round to accommodate the bigger sump.
