A large complex of units are based on this estate beside the River Taff. A good number are occupied by motor related businesses such as repair shops but others with mass storage interests. Sadly the area hasn't the aura of those concerned with electronics or medical associated production - and it shows! There are several areas that seem blighted by fly tipping operations but I can't be sure if the gentleman with the wayward shopping trolley was collecting from, or contributing to, them. The adjacent area has seen a lot of investment though and at some time in the future it is to be expected that this section of Butetown will be given the attention that is reflected nearby.
