Avenue Road and Christchurch

Avenue road is a pleasant and relatively quiet road running parallel to the busy Barnards Green Road. The Bishop of Worcester consecrated the newly erected Christchurch on the 28th December 1875. It cost about £9000 and designed to seat 700 people.
