Several agencies within Broxburn were in need of better premises, including local GPs, Social Work, Community Learning and Development, the Council’s Council Information Service and Housing, and improved access to services for the local communities in Broxburn was also needed. Opened in 2003, it still looks pretty smart. This is a view from 'the back' - a view from the other side Image should be more photogenic, but was against the sun.
