This is bridge is a link road from B2555 Bean Road, leading to the A2. It is an exit and entrance road into the Bluewater Shopping Centre. Which is in an old quarry. The roundabout is on the Bluewater Parkway, a circular road around the centre leading to various parking areas of the centre.
