This Mill was built in 1800. A Tablet (not shown in this view ) proclaims :- "This Mill was Erected in a Time of Scarcity by Voluntary Subscrition, For the Common Benefit of the Neighbourhood." It was preserved in working order till about 12-15 years ago but is now derelict.
