Moulsecoomb Place, as a manor, dates from at least the eleventh century, but the present facade of the manor house was constructed in 1790 for Benjamin Tillstone The building is currently the headquarters of the Parks and Recreation Department http://www.mybrightonandhove.org.uk/page_id__8301.aspx
