Shepherd's Furze Farm

Shepherd's Furze Farm is immediately to the south of a railway junction, Image, and is hemmed in on two sides by railway lines. The railway in the foreground is the short line to the landfill site transfer station at Calvert. Furze is another name for gorse, the thorny evergreen shrub.
