This 'sculpture' is a new roundabout in Ashford. The road layout in Ashford was changed last year. The ringroad going around the town centre is now two-ways, instead of a clockwise one-way system. This roundabout is at the bottom of West Forge Lane. The system has created long queues and bottle-necks at certain junctions. Also, note the very expensive 'designed' street lamps to go with the new streets.
