This interesting old cemetery is in the centre of Dundee, opposite the Post Office. It lies on the site of the garden of Greyfriars Monastery which was founded in the 13th century but destroyed in the 16th century. Shortly afterwards the land was gifted to Dundee by Mary, Queen of Scots and some of the monuments and stones date from that period.
