The old quarry was to the left, and I suspect there were older quarries behind the house in Cragg Wood, which has many large boulders, some of which seem to have been cut. The house, Craggwood Manor, has been built during the last 7 or 8 years - it took a long time to build and changed hands more than once during the building.
